The Details: Heirloom varieties from 3,000 smallholder farmers at 1900 meters in Limu Seka district. Centrally processed by Fahem Trading with 12-hour fermentation, 12-hour soak, then raised bed drying. This careful processing brings out the clean, sweet character Limu is famous for.
