Every batch goes through Big Red — our 1993 Diedrich IR-24K. Twenty pounds at a time, every Monday. No automation, no shortcuts.

We sell at Vineyard Farmers Market every Saturday and supply fresh coffee to cafes across the Central Valley. This is where we started, and we're still here.
Fresh to Your Door
We roast on Mondays and ship the same week. No sitting in a warehouse. What you get online is the same freshness our market customers get in person.
Our Signature Blends
Built from coffees we know well and roasted to do specific jobs. Black Magic for bold and dark. First Espresso for sweet and clean. Red Sea for bright and complex. These recipes took years to get right — we don't change them unless we find something better.
Coffee's Birthplace
Roasted them light to keep the bright cherry and citrus alive. Winey finish, really clean. Not a lot of bags, but worth trying.

You can find us at Vineyard Farmers Market every Saturday or in the cups at a dozen cafes across the Central Valley. We're not trying to be the biggest. We're trying to be the freshest bag of coffee you've ever opened.
