This Guatemalan coffee comes from the heart of the country, where indigenous communities have grown coffee for generations on small family farms averaging just three acres. Each producer processes their harvest with their own micro-mill — hand-selecting cherries, depulping, fermenting, and sun-drying with care you can taste in every cup. The medium roast brings out a smooth caramel sweetness with hints of dried apple and a cocoa finish that sticks around. Grown in rich volcanic soil at over 4,500 feet, these beans carry the character of a region where traditional farming and cooperative spirit go hand in hand.
