Orders usually take 1-2 business days to roast and process, and then 3-5 business days for standard shipping delivery.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer Free Shipping on all orders over $30. For orders under $30, a standard shipping fee applies.

How does the coffee subscription work?
You can subscribe to your favorite coffee to receive a fresh bag every 15 days (or your chosen frequency). Subscribers save 12.5% on every bag and never run out of coffee!
Can I cancel my order after it's placed?
If you need to cancel, please contact us immediately. Since we begin the roasting process quickly, we can only guarantee cancellation if we are notified within 2 hours of the order being placed.
What should I do if my order arrives damaged?
Please take photos of the damaged packaging and product and email them immediately to [Email Address] with your order number. We will send out a replacement shipment as quickly as possible.

What is the difference between Single Origin and Signature Blends?
Single Origin coffees come from a specific farm, region, or cooperative, highlighting the unique flavors of that area. Signature Blends are expertly combined beans from various origins to achieve a consistent and balanced flavor profile (like our Black Magic or First Espresso).
How are your flavored coffees made?
Our flavored coffees are made by adding high-quality, non-allergenic flavor extracts to the beans immediately after they are cooled post-roasting.

Who qualifies for wholesale pricing?
Our wholesale program is designed for businesses looking to purchase coffee in bulk, such as cafes, restaurants, offices, hotels, or grocery stores.
What is the minimum order quantity for wholesale?
Our typical minimum order quantity starts at 5 lbs per product, with a total minimum order value of $100. Specific minimums may vary based on the agreement.
How quickly are wholesale orders roasted and shipped?
Wholesale orders are prioritized. We typically roast and ship large orders within 3-5 business days of confirmation. We will always communicate the lead time for large or custom orders upfront.
How do I apply for a wholesale account?
You can begin your Wholesale Journey by visiting our dedicated wholesale page. You will need to fill out an application form, which generally includes details about your business and estimated monthly volume.
What time is the wholesale order cut-off?
Orders placed before 4 p.m. ET will roast and ship out the following business day.
