Fabiano's has been roasting coffee in Fresno since 1993. We've kept what works — the same vintage Diedrich, the same small batches, the same focus on getting one coffee right at a time.

Big Red

Every batch goes through “Big Red,” our 1993 Diedrich drum roaster. We roast every Monday in small batches and ship the same week. No automation, no warehouse, no coffee sitting on a shelf for months.

Where to find us

We're at Vineyard Farmers Market every Saturday from 7am to noon, on the northwest corner of Blackstone & Shaw. The rest of the week we're roasting — and shipping fresh bags across the country.

What we're after

We're not trying to be the biggest roaster around. We're trying to send you the freshest bag of coffee you've ever opened. That's the whole idea.
