Terms of Service — Fabiano's Coffee Roasters

By placing an order through fabianocoffee.com, you agree to the following terms.

Orders and Payment

All prices are listed in USD. Payment is collected at the time of purchase. We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal.

Shipping

We roast on Mondays and ship the same week. Orders placed after Monday may ship the following week. Free shipping on orders over $30 within the United States. Shipping times vary by location — typically 1-2 business days within California and 3-5 business days for the rest of the US. We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier after the package has been shipped.

Returns and Refunds

Coffee is a perishable product. We do not accept returns on opened bags. If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery and we will make it right — either a replacement or a full refund. Unopened bags may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions are managed through Seal Subscriptions. You can skip, pause, or cancel your subscription at any time through your customer account. Changes must be made at least 48 hours before your next scheduled delivery to take effect. No cancellation fees.

Product Availability

All products are subject to availability. Small lot and seasonal coffees may sell out without notice. We reserve the right to limit quantities.

Accuracy

We do our best to display accurate product descriptions, images, and pricing. If we discover an error, we will correct it and notify affected customers.
