Our espresso blend. Pulls sweet and clean with caramel and brown sugar up front, then a little fruit brightness at the end. Medium-light roast — light enough to preserve clarity but developed enough to give you body in milk drinks.
How to brew
Espresso: 18g in, 36g out, 25–30 seconds. Built for espresso but works well as drip or pour-over if you like a sweeter, fuller cup.
Why it's in the lineup
The blend we built for espresso drinkers. Clean enough for a straight shot, strong enough to cut through milk.

Very smooth rich taste to me
If you like your beans to be a chocolate bomb but don't want to shell out a million bucks each time then these are the beans for you. Only little concern is that the package does not mention roast date on it.
Coffee is way to fruity for me, felt like it needed to be roasted longer

It took about 4 shots to dial in to my preference. I liked this one better when I made the grind finer and at a higher temperature. It’s exactly as described.
Also, the buying experience was the best. I realized that I made an error on the order and ordered only one bag instead of two. So I called in and somebody answered the phone right away and added the second bag sent me an invoice separately and fixed the order and shipped it the very next day. They also sent me a free sample. I cannot wait to try.
I usually prefer blends because they are more consistent and you can tell the roaster is invested in it. It’s always more personal to the roaster.
I will be trying the Brazilian Minas, single origin sample, and a couple other lblends and decide which one I want to have a permanent subscription to.
I also like that they have the very light ones which are not very easy to find.
I like it because shipping is very quick and prompt personal service.
Got two new customers out if this one shipment.
