We roast every Monday on our Diedrich IR-24K — an infrared drum roaster built to handle small batches with precision. Whether you're picking up a bag from us at Vineyard Farmers Market on Saturday or getting it delivered to your door on Wednesday, it's the same coffee, roasted the same way.

Free shipping kicks in at $30, which is two bags. Most of our subscribers order two bags at a time and ship every 30 days.
