TAKE A SIP

A light roast blending coffees from both sides of the Red Sea — Yemen and Ethiopia. Floral and bright with berry sweetness and a clean, tea-like finish. Our lightest, most complex blend.

How to brew

Pour-over (V60): 15g coffee, 250g water, 205°F. The best way to experience this blend. Drip works well with a clean paper filter. Not recommended for espresso or French press — the delicate notes get buried.
