Tanzania Peaberry is something special. Instead of the usual two seeds per coffee cherry, a peaberry forms when only one seed develops — rounder, denser, and packed with flavor. These beans come from smallholder farms in Tanzania’s southern highlands, where families tend just a few acres at elevations between 5,000 and 6,200 feet. Fully washed and dried on raised beds, each cup opens with warm cardamom spice and cedar, settles into brown sugar sweetness, and finishes with a clean black tea character. It’s bold enough to hold its own but refined enough to keep you coming back.
